Most trades are reviewed and processed within 2 hours during business hours (8 AM – 8 PM GMT). Complex cases or high-value trades may take up to 24 hours. You'll receive notifications at each stage of the process.

We charge a 2.5% platform fee on all trades, deducted from your gross payout. For withdrawals, there is a flat GHS 5.00 processing fee per withdrawal request. There are no hidden fees.

Once your trade is completed and your wallet is credited, you can withdraw via MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo, or Bank Transfer. The minimum withdrawal is GHS 50.00. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission. Card images are stored securely and only accessible to our verification team. We never share your personal information with third parties.

If your trade is rejected, you'll receive a notification with the reason. Common reasons include unclear images, invalid card codes, or cards that have already been used. You can open a dispute if you believe the rejection was in error.

Yes! When submitting a trade, you can specify the quantity of cards. All cards in a single submission must be the same type, country, and denomination. For different card types, please submit separate trades.
